• Email address, if you opt in to updates. Every email has a working unsubscribe link.
• Basic analytics — page views and add-to-cart events — to understand what's working on the site.
• Advertising measurement — we may use advertising pixels from platforms such as Meta and TikTok to measure our campaigns and build advertising audiences. These platforms set their own cookies under their own privacy policies, and you can limit ad personalisation in your account settings on those platforms.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
• We don't email you marketing unless you opted in.
• We don't keep data longer than we need it for orders, support, and legal obligations.

Third parties

Order, checkout, and email data is processed by the commerce and email platforms that run this store (Shopify and our email provider), under their own privacy terms, solely to operate Orbi.
